My name is Kenneth Helfert. I am the owner of Mr. Bingo located in Marianna, Fla. On Mother’s Day we were having the Super Champ™ system installed. I wish to pass on to you the outstanding support we received from Ryan Rester and Santos Garcia. They both are extremely knowledgeable of the Champ system. Santos went above and beyond his duties as an installer.

He gave much attention to every minute detail of our program, which resulted in no errors when we went live. Perhaps the most notable achievement, was on the evening of the installation, we experienced a power failure from a lightning storm, lasting well over five hours.

Ryan assisted me in procuring a 5500-watt generator from my residence during a heavy downpour. After returning to the bingo hall, Ryan and Santos installed the system and actually had it on-line (via generator power).

The weather was extreme, and without the dedication of them, we probably would not have had a working system.

Santos performed like a professional.

Not only did he work in total darkness – without food or rest – he continued to display loyalty to your organization after installing Horse Power Racing™. He personally worked with my staff and customers to sell the game.
